So happy to be right down the road from this place!

At Wellington State Park in New Hampshire, you’ll find the largest freshwater beach in the state right on the edge of Newfound Lake—renowned for its crystal-clear, 183-foot-deep water. The park spans 220 acres, with wooded trails that link to Goose Pond, the Sugarloafs, and even Mt. Cardigan if you’re up for a longer hike. You can launch a kayak, cast for lake trout, or just wade into the shallow, roped-off swim area. Bring lunch…picnic tables and grills can be found lakeside. One of the best places to enjoy a freshwater beach and lake day in New Hampshire!

Took a little walk in the woods a couple days ago. Lots of green popping up all over the place. Just a few more weeks until the new coop and front garden work gets going. Still in design phase, anyone using a chicken moat and/or managed pasturing?

Signs of life from last week before the 2" of snow the other day. This is one of the daffodil beds we transplanted from Barnstead to Bow and now to Hebron. 7 or so generations 3 varieties. These babies get around!
