There is a bit of "collective consciousness" heaviness & sadness today. If you want to release this from your field I invite you to try this simple technique of heart breathing - it will only take a few minutes if that; you know you will be scrolling through FB at least that long right?
Place your hand upon the center of your chest, over the heart center (your emotional heart and physical heart) and slow your breathing down, a little deeper then normal. Breathe in up to a count of 5....., then out to a count of 5..... or thereabouts - finding a comfortable rhythm, Notice your chest rise and fall with your breaths as the breath goes into the heart center and out, slow and steady.
Now direct your thoughts/attention to a good feeling emotion, such as thinking of someone you love, something you love to do, somewhere you enjoy visiting, a trip you took. If you have trouble with that, think about how it feels to be light and full of energy in your body - remember the last day of school on a hot summer day, Christmas mornings when you rushed to the tree, the first time you fell in love.... something that brings a smile to your face, and a warmth to your heart...
Once you've locked into that feeling, allow it to flow all through your body, and outwards around you. Continue breathing slow and deep for a moment.
Then go about your day knowing that you lifted the energy field around you, you brought all of your body's internal functions into a coherence with your heart, releasing stress, calming the nervous system.
