It’s an honor to join forces with two incredible Black women–owned organizations to co-create a powerful space for restoration and support.

✨ The SHE Suite: a luxury pantry and resource hub reimagining community care, offering nourishment, clothing, mentorship, and wellness resources for women and families.

✨ Indigo Wellness: a sanctuary for self-care, energy healing, and guiding others back to themselves.

Together, we’ve built this offering in response to rising work stress and burnout. While leaving toxic environments isn’t always an option, this space equips you with tools and resources to nurture yourself even when you can’t walk away.

Growing True: Free Therapeutic Support for Teens
Ages 13–17 • DC • MD • VA

Our teens are carrying so much right now.
The rates of su***de, violence, and loss among our young people are climbing at an alarming pace and behind those numbers are real kids… kids who are hurting, who are grieving, who are struggling to make sense of their world.

No parent should have to wonder if their child is silently slipping away. No teen should have to carry their pain alone.

That’s why we created Growing True: a free therapeutic support program offering individual and group sessions for teens ages 13–17.

Here, they’ll have a safe space to talk, process, and heal alongside licensed therapists who understand the unique challenges of this generation.

We’ll focus on:
Emotional regulation & coping skills
Processing grief, loss, & trauma
Building self-worth & healthy relationships
Creating a sense of belonging and safety

If you’ve been worried about your teen this is your sign.

They deserve to feel seen, supported, and hopeful about the future. And you deserve the peace of knowing they have a community holding them through it.

Our next 12-week session begins soon; spaces are limited.
Available to teens in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

The link to register is in the bio. Please share with a family looking for support for their teen.

Let’s help our teens not just survive, but grow true.

Beyond Diversity 101 exceeded every expectation; it was a deeply transformative experience that felt like change happening at a cellular level. It wasn’t just a training, but a powerful diversity intervention.

From the land we gathered on, to the group dynamics, the facilitators, and the somatic work; every element was medicine. I’m deeply grateful for spaces like this that push me to grow and expand. I’m especially excited to integrate these lessons into my life and step forward as both a more grounded human and a stronger clinician.

I honor you for recognizing the disconnection, that alone is a powerful step. I know it’s not always easy to figure out how to rebuild the relationship with yourself. A noticing practice might seem too simple to matter, but it’s actually a powerful way to begin. When you’ve been distant from yourself, it’s okay to start slowly, gently rediscovering who you are and what you need. This is a daily practice that helps you become more present with yourself and your truth, one moment at a time.

And yes, sometimes, we have to take things one moment at a time.

Sis…
You’ve mastered the art of pretending you’re okay.
But deep down, you feel disconnected, numb, unseen.

You’ve been in survival mode for too long.
Carrying pain in your body.
Silencing your voice.
Forgetting who you are beneath the trauma.

The Way Home is a virtual 6-week healing experience for Black women ready to remember themselves.

Held in sacred community, we’ll gather weekly, face to face, heart to heart. You don’t have to do this alone.

Together, we’ll journey through:
Somatic healing
Shadow work
Inner child reconnection
Trauma & nervous system education
Ancestral + spiritual wisdom

This isn’t therapy as usual.
This is ritual.
Restoration.
A return to the woman you were always meant to be.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it.

You’re not broken.
You’re becoming.

Come home, Sis.
We saved you a seat.

Today, I had the honor of guiding a sacred sister circle and sound healing ceremony during a women’s retreat. Women from all walks of life gathered; carrying shared stories, patterns, and echoes of one another’s journey. It was a soul stirring space where the strong sister was finally able to rest, and the quiet sister found her voice.

There were tears, truths, laughter, and breakthroughs, each one a divine release.

My heart is full of gratitude for the chance to hold space for such powerful, sacred healing. 💜

~ I forgive myself for anchoring my identity in the trauma I experienced.
~ I forgive myself for creating relationships that reflected the unworthiness I felt inside.
~ I forgive myself for using gossip as a means to make myself feel good.
~ I forgive myself for blaming others and staying stuck in victimhood.
~ I forgive myself for waiting for someone to come save me.
~ I forgive myself for choosing suffering over learning the lesson and moving on.
~ I forgive myself for taking so long to choose me.
~ I forgive myself for shrinking and making myself more digestible.
~ I forgive myself for taking my health and wellness for granted.
~ I forgive myself for choosing perfection over presence.
~ I forgive myself for the harm I caused others.
~ I forgive myself for placing my value in things outside of my being.
~ And I forgive myself for putting the care of others before my own.

I forgive myself…..

And so it is 💫

What’s better than one person healing… two! ✌🏾

This is an appreciation post to the dopest black man I know. After years of dishonoring myself, I sat down with you to renegotiate the terms of our union. Neither of us were clear on the type of partnership we needed when we came together. I didn’t even have the tools to access what I could ask for in a marriage. This was one of the hardest conversations of my life.

But you held space. You heard me and consented to the new terms. Thank you for showing up for yourself. Thank you for doing your work. Who we are becoming feels safe, steady, and sacred.

I can’t lie… I would do all the bs over again to land here with you.
I love you in all ways… Always 💜

As a therapist, I will always hold compassionate space and offer unconditional support but I won’t withhold the truth. Sometimes therapy falls short because the behaviors and choices stay the same.

We can explore, uncover trauma, connect the pieces, and feel it all but if you don’t interrupt the pattern and choose differently, you’ll keep repeating the same cycles.

My hope for you is that your healing and growth are so deep, it requires others to reintroduce themselves to who you’ve become. 💜
