Did you know that Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) can occur in the spring/summer months? Well...it can. Though not as prevalent, summertime depression does happen. Summertime can really be a struggle for some - loss of structure, increase loneliness, shifts in support, no plans, increased pressure or responsibilities, etc. Summertime can bring on thoughts about what you don't have rather - increasing depressive symptoms.
