Ever wonder what makes us want to do the things we do or the drive that we have to be involved in certain things?
I have such a God given passion to see the world a better place through every child having the benefit of being raised in a loving home and nourished with their mothers milk during infancy. I wish everyone could have the precious bonding experience of nursing their babies and watching them grow big and healthy knowing it was their milk that did it; knowing that you’ve given your baby the best start possible.
I feel passionately about helping moms have that wonderful and fulfilling experience and will help in any way possible. Sadly, there are rare circumstances that can prevent the “ideal” way of breastfeeding, but there are also circumstances that can be overcome with persistence and support. Sometimes something that is so natural as breastfeeding doesn’t always come naturally. Breastfeeding has become a lost art in our country. Many new moms no longer have aunts, sisters, mothers, or friends to turn to for advise and help to get them through the first few weeks of early breastfeeding.
That’s where a Lactation Consultant can come in to play. We can help you get through the confusing and difficult times with your new baby. We provide encouragement to persevere through the early stages of breastfeeding and an understanding of what is normal and what is not. It takes passion to see moms all the way through and continue till success has been reached. Let me share that passion with you.
