💡 Plan it like an appointment
Pick two days and times this week and block them off. Treat them like a meeting you can’t miss.

🏋️ Make it short and effective
You don’t need an hour. Even 20–30 minutes of focused training can make a big difference.

🤝 Get accountability
Find a friend, join a class, or work with a coach. Knowing someone’s expecting you can keep you consistent.
