The holidays make it hard to stay active — between travel, family time, and cold weather, workouts are usually the first thing to go.

But you don’t need to wait for January to feel good again. Here are 3 ways to keep your body (and momentum) moving this season:

💪 1. Keep it short.
Even a 10–15 minute workout counts. Try a quick bodyweight circuit at home or one of our classes at The Well — the goal is consistency, not perfection.

🚶 2. Move together.
Go for a walk after dinner, build a snowman, or make a family step challenge. Movement feels easier (and more fun) when it’s shared.
