A lot of people fall off with fitness when life gets busy.

Here are a few ways to break that cycle:
• 🔁 Build a “worst week” plan.
Decide ahead of time what your minimum looks like. Maybe it’s two workouts, a few walks, and protein at breakfast. Having a baseline keeps you moving.
• 🗓️ Put workouts on the calendar.
Treat them like appointments. Even 30–45 minutes blocked off twice a week can protect the habit.
• 👥 Train somewhere that provides structure.
