Two weeks post-op and already seeing a beautiful transformation ✨

👁️This patient underwent an upper blepharoplasty combined with a brow lift to restore a more refreshed, open appearance to the eyes. Even at this early stage, you can appreciate improved contour and lift—while some swelling and bruising are still part of the normal healing process.

✨This is what high definition tummy tuck looks like only 2 months after surgery.✨

This patient underwent a mini tummy tuck procedure at another practice years ago. This option works best for slender patients whose definition is concealed by loose skin with irregular scarring.

➡️ Our style is not marked by a cookie cutter approach. This result blends customized planning for specific body types - a very low incision, restored muscles, a preserved umbilicus, and definition that is natural and not overdone.

This patient underwent Mohs surgery followed by reconstruction, restoring both form and function with a natural result just two weeks after the procedure.

Dr. Saba performs most MOHS procedures in the office under local anesthesia, allowing patients to return home the same day.

➡️ Skin cancer removal is the priority — but when reconstruction is on the face, aesthetics matter just as much.

👃🏼 This before & after showcases a nasal reconstruction following MOHS surgery using a dorsal nasal flap performed under local anesthesia. We avoided a skin graft because of exposed cartilage and the proximity to the alar margin. Because the nose sits at the center of the face, restoring natural contour, symmetry, and skin match is essential to helping patients feel like themselves again.

With careful planning and precise technique, Dr. Saba focuses not only on healing, but on achieving a result that blends beautifully and seamlessly with surrounding facial features.

Before ➡️After

This patient underwent a staged nasal reconstruction following Mohs excision of a squamous cell cancer that left him with exposed cartilage and communication with the internal nasal cavity. In the setting of active smoking, the forehead flap was rotated into place and allowed to heal for a period of 3 1/2 weeks prior to flap division and final inset.

🩺This is a 3-month follow up. As the flap continues to heal, the transition between flap and surrounding skin will soften and appear more seamless.

✨Every reconstruction is unique, and patience during healing is key!
