It’s that time! ✨
If you missed the blog post I shared a couple months ago, I’m closing my doors in Murray and preparing to relocate to Bowling Green, Kentucky after I get married at the end of this month. I don’t have an exact date for when I plan to reopen in a new location, but I can definitely say that it won’t be in 2023.
So if you’ve considered booking but kept putting it off, have yet to reschedule a previously canceled appointment, or have a gift card you still need to take advantage of, now’s the time to do so!

Clients often ask if I take insurance. I don't. Here's why. Firstly, it must be said that most insurance doesn't cover my work. Regardless of what I do in session, for insurance purposes, it's classified as massage therapy. Only 17% of carriers in the United States offer ANY coverage for massage therapy. Secondly, I have no interest in someone who has no idea what they're talking about trying to dictate FOR me what I can and cannot do to help people and what that's worth. Thirdly, if I were to take insurance (when I even could), I'd need to hire staff to take care of it. I work alone. In this country, the unfortunate truth is that the best care, the care you REALLY want, is easiest found by paying out of pocket.
