Meet Kora Qualls, our Lead Front Office Assistant at JourneyPure Bowling Green! Kora has been part of the JPBG family since 2023, and she’s often the first friendly face you see when walking through our doors.

Kora is deeply passionate about helping others sustain recovery, a mission that hits close to home—her father battled addiction and is now in recovery. That personal connection drives her commitment and heart in everything she does.

We’re so thankful for the warmth, care, and dedication Kora brings to the team and to every patient she meets.

Working in a treatment center for drug and alcohol recovery can be challenging, emotional, and intense. That’s why when we get the chance to laugh and have a little fun, we take it! Here’s a glimpse of one of those moments – scaring our coworkers (we’re calling it a team building exercise 😂).

Say hello to Gracie Hayes, our Billing Specialist at the JourneyPure Bowling Green outpatient office! Gracie has been a valued part of our team for a year and a half, starting as an Intake Specialist before earning a well-deserved promotion to full-time Billing Specialist.

She’s currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at SKYCTC and is a proud mom to her sweet 1-year-old son.

Gracie’s intelligence, dedication, and hard work shine through every day—we’re lucky to have her on the team! 🕊️

✨Meet the Team Monday✨

Erika earned her B.A. in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing her MSW at Northern Kentucky University. She began her career working with children in mental health and later transitioned to residential, then outpatient care—bringing with her tools that support clients of all ages.

She facilitates an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) three evenings a week and is passionate about engaging clients in both group and individual sessions. Erika encourages thought-provoking dialogue and helps clients understand that prioritizing themselves in recovery is not only okay—it’s essential.

Our JourneyPure IOP group got creative today with ‘Rocks for Recovery’ — each one painted with personal messages of hope, strength, and healing. Just like the recovery journey, these rocks are solid, unique, and full of purpose. 💪🪨🎨
