👉 Women are less likely to receive bystander CPR due to fear, myths and misconceptions. We must do more to save women's lives.

✅ Be ready to perform Hands-Only CPR whenever you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse, even if they are a woman. There are just two steps:

📲 1. Call 911.
❤️ 2. Push hard and fast on the center of the chest at a rate of 100-120 compressions per-minute until help arrives.

📣 Ladies, would you know if you're having a heart attack?

👉 The signs of a heart attack are different for women. As with men, women’s most common heart attack symptom is chest pain or discomfort. But women may experience other symptoms that are typically less associated with heart attack, such as shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting, and back or jaw pain. Women are also more likely to ignore their symptoms.

🚨 Know the warning signs of a heart attack or stroke and call 911 immediately.
