Knowing the signs of heat-related illness could save you or someone you know from heat cramps, exhaustion, or heat stroke 🥵

If you're outside in extreme heat, look for the following symptoms...
Muscle spasms
Fast/weak pulse
Pale skin
Nausea
Dizziness

If you think someone is suffering from heat-related illness, take them indoors, remove excess clothing, and take sips of a sports drink or water.

If symptoms persist for more than an hour or if the person has a temperature of 103°F or above, seek medical attention immediately.
