Dr. Denise Foster, DMSC, PA – C is a physician associate and owner of Bowling Green Medical Group. She has been a physician associate for the past 25 years and attended physician associate school at St. Louis University. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and has owned the clinic for the past 7 1/2 years. Her love of patient care and her passion to serve the rural health community combined with her optimistic and faith based beliefs guide Dr. Foster. Earlier this year, she finished doctorate degree in behavioral health and has been busy planning to expand services in Pike County.

A very special thank you to Morris Lawson, a dear friend of ours who made this mural for our clinic! It is absolutely gorgeous and hand drawn and took him about a year to do that! He is so very talented and we are so thankful to know him!!

We Need Your Help to Obtain a Substance Use Disorder Grant for our communities!

This grant would assist us in reducing barriers to Substance Use & Mental Health disorder recovery for our local communities. With this grant, we can establish new and/or expand strategies that reduce barriers to accessing recovery supports and services for substance abuse disorders, including those who have co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Facilitating recovery and wellness which contributes to an improved quality of life for those impacted.

We are seeking key project stakeholders to assist with increasing support and assisting to ensure efforts are continued to enhance the lives of residents of our communities.
