Mrs. Wilson was with us two years ago and is now back, continuing her progress with the SKY Rehab team. She shared how thankful she is for the care she’s received—then and now—and for knowing we’ll be here if she ever needs us again. That’s the kind of trust we never take for granted.

❤️ Happy Cardiac Rehab Week! At SKY Rehab, our inpatient and outpatient cardiac rehab programs support better heart health by reducing stress, improving cholesterol levels, and lowering the risk of future heart attacks and strokes.

Cardiac rehab is a medically supervised program designed to help improve your cardiovascular health if you have experienced heart attack, heart failure, angioplasty or heart surgery.
