4yoga Bowling Green's community yoga studio since Sept. 2011. Classes are drop-in, 70 min., and $10.

We offer affordable and accessible classes that support the physical and emotional well-being of our community. To make yoga logistically accessible, all of our regular classes are drop-in (no reservation needed); to make yoga financially accessible, our class fee is $10, payable directly to the teacher. In addition to the physical poses (asana), our classes incorporate breath/body awareness and m

indfulness. Together, these strategies can not only help develop strength, flexibility, and balance but also aid in reducing stress and increasing relaxation. Students are encouraged to accept themselves where they are and to progress at their own pace. Our teachers have earned, at minimum, the RYT 200 credential through YogaAlliance, the primary professional organization in our field. Many have obtained additional training, including the RYT 500 credential, and are able to offer continuing education themselves (YACEP).

Announcing our new, super-sized, weekend schedule!
Now you have two opportunities for classes each day: we've added a Flow class on Saturday morning for those of you looking for a more vigorous weekend practice, and we've added a rotating restful class on Sunday afternoons for folks who want to give themselves the gift of relaxing before the week begins.
If you're working to create supportive habits and reduce those that don't serve you, please join us to discuss ATOMIC HABITS for Sunday's book club!

Back in July 2023, we read Yung Pueblo's CLARITY & CONNECTION for our book club: if you're interested in seeing him in person and picking up a copy of his latest book, check out this upcoming event at The Capitol!

We are six weeks out and thrilled to announce that Yung Pueblo, the best-selling, inspirational author of How to Love Better: The Path to Deeper Connection Through Growth, Kindness, and Compassion, will be presenting at the Capitol Monday, September 15, 6 p.m.

200 copies of his latest release will be given away on a first come, first served basis! Described as a life-changer, the book combines poetry, personal reflection, and helpful advice to anyone looking to become more self-aware and positively connected in their approach to themselves and others.

Yung Pueblo, the pen name of Diego Perez, has sold more than 1.5 million titles that have been translated into more than 25 languages. Learn more at https://yungpueblo.com.

Bowling Green’s Community Yoga Studio!

In September 2011, four yoga teachers founded 4yoga to provide affordable and accessible classes in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Our founders—Kim Herald, Erica Jacknin, Angie Jones, and Kelly Reames—had all seen the benefits of a regular yoga practice in their lives, and they created 4yoga to share those benefits with the community.

With the generous support of our hosts—first, Kathy Wise-Leonard at Dance Images and now Kathie Downs at The Pots Place—we have provided yoga with a $5 class fee ever since. We offer several styles of yoga: although most of our teachers were originally trained in some form of Hatha yoga, they have also developed specializations, including in yin, restorative, and body-positive yoga. Teachers encourage students to accept themselves where they are and to progress at their own pace. Our classes provide a friendly, welcoming, and supportive environment whether you are learning yoga, returning to your mat after a break, or advancing your practice.

We look forward to seeing you at the studio, which is located upstairs at The Pots Place, on Fountain Square in beautiful downtown Bowling Green. (Street address: 428 E. Main Avenue.)
