I’m incredibly proud of my client, who started working with me in May. His flexibility has improved dramatically, and he can now sit comfortably in various positions, including Indian style. Sharing a little personal insight today. I’ve been pushing towards a specific fitness goal lately, and I’ll admit, there were moments I felt discouraged. But guess what? The past few days have shown me some significant progress, reminding me that consistency pays off, no matter how tough it gets.

Consistency isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up, day in & day out, pushing yourself even when it’s tough. Always remember to celebrate every victory, no matter how small, because progress is progress! Identify your barriers, face them head-on, and watch as you overcome them. That’s where the real growth happens. Keep going! 💪

Revitalize your routine in just 30 minutes! 💥 Looking for a few exercises to incorporate into your daily routine to get you started, here some that can fit into any busy schedule!!!

Warm-up (5 minutes):
• Jog in place for 2 minutes.
• Do 10 arm circles forward and backward.
• Perform 10 bodyweight squats.

Circuit: (Repeat 3 times with minimal rest between exercises)
1. Bodyweight Squats
• Sets: 3
• Reps: 12-15
• Rest: 30 seconds
2. Push-ups (can be modified to knee push-ups or wall pushups if needed)
• Sets: 3
• Reps: 8-12
• Rest: 30 seconds
3. Plank
• Sets: 3
• Time: Hold for 30-45 seconds
• Rest: 30 seconds
4. Reverse Lunges
• Sets: 3 (each leg)
• Reps: 10-12
• Rest: 30 seconds
5. Mountain Climbers
• Sets: 3
• Reps: 20-30 (10-15 per leg)
• Rest: 30 seconds

Cooldown (5 minutes):
• Stretching: Hold each stretch for 15-30 seconds.
• Hamstring stretch
• Quadriceps stretch
• Shoulder stretch
• Triceps stretch
• Calf stretch
