We’re excited to share that Jockey Declan Cannon has made a remarkable return to the racetrack after sustaining injuries in May at Churchill Downs. 🏇🏻 With treatment and rehabilitation provided by KORT Physical Therapy and Norton Sports Health, under the guidance of Dr. Charles Crawford and a skilled support staff, Cannon was able to avoid surgery and follow an accelerated recovery program tailored specifically for his needs.

Declan's commitment to intensive physical therapy at the Norton Sports Health Performance & Wellness Center helped him rebound to top form—culminating in three race wins shortly after his comeback. As the Director of Norton Sports Health, Tiff Haub said, “We’re on your team for life."
