The warmth of the season is filling Wood Haven—roasted turkey, sweet pies, and the laughter of friends and family coming together. Our dining room will soon be glowing with autumn colors, delicious food, and plenty of gratitude to share.

This year, we’re hosting a special Thanksgiving Lunch—and we’d love for you to be part of it!

🎃👻 A Spooky Little Invitation 👻🎃

Once upon a pumpkin patch, the halls of Wood Haven started to buzz with excitement… The candy bowls are filling, costumes are ready, and our residents are counting down the days until Halloween magic arrives! 🕸🍬

Join us on October 27th from 5:30–6:30 p.m. for a spook-tacular Trick-or-Treat adventure. Our residents can’t wait to see all the little ghosts, goblins, superheroes, and princesses who come to share in the fun! ✨

Come for the treats, stay for the smiles—you’ll make this Halloween one to remember! 🎃👻🕷

Our residents had the best time shopping the other day! 🛍️✨ From browsing the aisles to finding little treasures, every stop was filled with smiles and laughter. After the shopping adventure, everyone cooled off with sweet, creamy ice cream treats. 🍦💕 The joy of sharing stories, enjoying favorite flavors, and making memories together made the day truly unforgettable. Moments like these remind us just how special time spent together can be. 🌸

🍲✨ Hobo Stew Memories ✨🍲

A few days ago, our Wood Haven residents gathered together to make a big pot of Hobo Stew. 🥔🥕🥩 From chopping veggies to stirring the pot, everyone pitched in — and the result was just as wonderful as the laughter and stories shared along the way. ❤️

It was more than a meal… it was a memory made.

🌸💐 The other day we had the sweetest surprise! A group of lovely girls came out to deliver flowers to our residents, and it truly brightened everyone’s day. 🌼💖 The smiles, laughter, and joy that filled the halls were simply priceless.

A big THANK YOU to these kind young ladies for spreading so much happiness and reminding us all how powerful small acts of kindness can be. 🌷✨

Our residents had such a wonderful time tapping into their creativity, sharing laughs, and bringing these fun fall crafts to life. Moments like these remind us how special it is to come together, try something new, and celebrate the joy of making art. 💕

A few weeks ago, our Wood Haven crew had a blast getting creative with tie-dye! 🌈👕 Residents and staff came together to design their own colorful Wood Haven shirts, and the results were just as bright and unique as the people who made them. 💜🌳

It was such a fun way to spend time together, share some laughs, and show off our community spirit. We can’t wait to wear our new shirts proudly around Wood Haven!
