Why does a baby need to go to the chiropractor?? 🤔

Well let me tell you!! 🤩

Babies don’t always sleep good, they have trouble pooping regularly, and some are even born with extra tissue in their mouths (oral ties) that make feeding very difficult! 😥

What if I told you I could fix all of that with gentle pressures and manipulations on their bodies? Pretty amazing right? 🙌

But thats not all… 👀

Bringing your baby in for routine visits can relax tight muscles, and maintain head shape! 👶🏼

Let’s talk VBAC!! 🤰

When women have c-sections, they automatically think that they’ll always have c-section births, and let’s be honest… most providers will tell you the same thing! 🙄

Let’s talk oral ties!!! 👄🫢

What is a tie?…. An oral tie is an extra piece of tissue that attaches to the lip, tongue and even the cheeks. Ties are often tight and restrict the babies ability to nurse. Hence why it’s super painful to latch 😮‍💨

But, that’s not all ties have affect on. Oral ties can cause cranial misalignments, speech problems down the road and overall poor oral function! 😖🗣️

So what do we do about it?? 🤔

Most people automatically think that they need to have them revised, but that’s not always the case! With active chiropractic care, we can relieve the tensions that the ties are causing, so latch becomes comfortable and head shape maintains! 🙌

Because let’s be honest… no one really wants to put their baby through a trauma that they don’t need to. Revisions are great when necessary, but they’re not the only solution to these problems! 👏
