Wood County Community Health Center The Wood County Community Health Center operates out of the Wood County Health Department. Appointments can be made Monday- Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

We have a patient-centered approach to primary care, behavioral health care, dental care and an on-site pharmacy that can help you save on prescription drug costs. We are accepting new patients including those with or without insurance, Medicaid and Medicare recipients. Evening appointments are also available.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our pharmacy participates in the 340B Program, enabling us to pass savings on to eligible patients seen by our providers.
