July is Bebe Moore Campbell Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, and today we’re highlighting the power of community.

We’re taking a page from and recognizing that healing happens when communities come together - through support, connection, and shared understanding. 💚

When we show up for each other, we help build a world where everyone can thrive and be the best versions of themselves possible.

Some familiar blocky silhouettes are starting to appear - but these aren’t your average mobs! They’re friendly, fun, and ready to help us talk about mental health in creative ways. 💬💚

Can you guess who’s coming with us to the Wood County Fair?
🧠✨ A hint: they’re all about calm, kindness, and crushing stigma - one block at a time.

Promoting Community Well-being

WELCOME TO WOOD COUNTY ADAMHS

The primary role of the Wood County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board (WCADAMHS Board) is to plan, fund and monitor services for people with serious and persistent mental illness and alcohol and other drug addictions throughout the county. To keep the public well informed of the Board’s role in the community mental health and addiction recovery system, we share vital reports, links, that convey responsibilities, strategies, and financial accounting of programs offered by our contract providers.

The Wood County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Board and its member agencies are committed to providing the community with the highest quality of care. Most services offered are partially supported by Wood County levy funds and are accessible to all residents. Some services are provided, without cost, while others have a fee based on ability to pay.
