Mondays 5PM meeting has been changed from SMART 4 Point Program to SMART Successful Life Skills.

I am beyond excited to offer this meeting. I love the 4 point program, but Successful Life Skills goes deeper into the areas and, to me, better suffices someone who is familiar with SMART and has steady recovery time.

Sunday June 7th our SMART Friends and Family meeting begins. Anyone can attend any of these meetings. They each focus on different aspects of your recovery.

How I break It down:

4 Point- First year of recovery, anyone looking to make a change in life but does not know where to start.

Successful Lifeskills- after 1st year when you are learning how to rebuild ad reintegrate into society

Friends and Family: for those impacted by substance use that are not the user, and also for those in recovery looking to build better relationships.

I am beyond thrilled to be able to offer such a variety of SMART meetings.

All of these meetings are free and open to the public. You can attend in person at 160 River Place Ae Suite b1 Bowling Green ky 42101 or you can visit www.Smartrecovery.org , find a meeting and search for Bowling Green Ky.

You may have to change the "program" to find Successful life skills and Friends and Family.
