A little mobility strength training never hurt anybody!
I’ve been working more and more on flexibility and body weight strength training. It fits well into the running I’ve been doing. Don’t worry, the weights will still make their appearances. I’m just trying to find a bit of balance.
If you guys are looking for more body weight workouts you can do any anywhere, I highly suggest and My Broadway Body program. Both are awesome and will whip your butt into shape. And no, they aren’t paying me. I’m paying them. Lol!
