Our nursing and rehabilitation center is located near The Medical Center of Bowling Green, easing the transition between care settings. We offer short-term rehabilitative care as well as long-term care. Our emphasis is on service excellence providing quality care to allow for independence and to enable our patients to receive the medical care they need, the restorative therapy they require, and th

e support they and their families deserve. There is RN coverage 24-hours a day, seven days a week and we offer a range of physical, occupational and speech therapies. Other amenities include WiFi availability, an outdoor courtyard and patio, and more. Working with your physician, our staff including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, therapists, dietitians and social workers establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the fullest practicable potential.

Introducing Mrs. Bridget Strange! Bridget Shaw and Jordan Strange were married on July 19, at St. Joseph Catholic Church here in Bowling Green. Bridget is our facility's Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and she's here to assist in the management of the nursing staff and to ensure quality resident care. For the bride-to-be, we put together a bridal shower before the wedding. And, oh, what a beautiful wedding it was! Bridget and Jordan were both just gorgeous! Congratulations to new couple!

Ella Soph (pictured middle), has made a lot of accomplishments and we sent her off with a "going away party"! She completed her healthcare administration college-internship with Signature Healthcare of Bowling Green, then went on to graduate in May with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration from Western Kentucky University. Then Ella started her Signature Healthcare Administrator in Training (AIT) Program here with us. Now, Ella is in Louisville, at our Jefferson Place building, to work on completing her AIT Training. Our company's AIT Training provides comprehensive administrative and clinical experiences with hands-on, supervised practice. Signature Healthcare recognizes that the administrator position is a key component to our success and the AIT Program is designed to develop and cultivate strong leaders. We are proud of you Ella!

After 35 Years of Service, Terry Terry Retires — and Leaves a Legacy of Love and Leadership

For over three decades, Terry Terry answered her calling as a nurse with heart, skill, and a deep devotion to others. And now, after 35 years of compassionate care, she’s officially retired from Signature HealthCARE of Bowling Green.

There are so many things we could say to send her off, but a few words from her team say it best:
“Your dedication and hard work have been inspiring.”
“Thank you for your contributions to our facility, residents, and families.”
“It has been a privilege working with you.”
“May your retirement be as rewarding as your career.”
“You gave us all guidance.”
“Congratulations on a stand-out career!”

Terry’s photo now hangs on the wall of the North Nursing Unit—a symbol of her enduring impact. But while her picture stays, her daily presence will be deeply missed. The walls and halls of Bowling Green simply won’t be the same without her.

Terry, your Signature family thanks you. And we wish you a retirement full of adventure, rest, and everything you love—because after all you’ve given, you deserve nothing less.
