Over fifteen years ago, I became a student of John F. Barnes & his approach to Myofascial Release™️ and this week, the Master passed from this physical dimension into the Eternal.

This is a huge loss in the Myofascial world…..one that we are beginning to process.

I am beyond grateful for this work; it has profoundly changed my life in all ways. John’s presence & energy filled up every room he was in and it was palpable. The love that emanated from him and the love that I have experienced in this work & community is immeasurable.

John’s energy is everywhere now, no longer contained in the physical. His legacy will live on through all of us who have been taught by him and it will continue to be passed on.

Thank you, John, from my whole heart. You will be missed🩵
