✨ Big News About Online Booking! ✨

After much (and I mean much) research, testing, and late-night comparing... I’ve officially decided to return to MassageBook as my online booking platform!

Long story short — while there are some really great new booking systems out there, none of them quite checked all the boxes I needed. Things like calendar syncing issues, gift certificate money transfers, glitchy apps, and missing features made it clear that MassageBook still offers the most solid, reliable system for my practice — especially when it comes to SOAP notes, client communication, and ease of use.

Is it perfect? Nope. But to borrow an old saying… I’d rather have a solid engine with a little rust on the body than a shiny car that won’t run.

At the end of the day, I want to spend my energy working on your knots and adhesions — not tangled up in software integrations.

A Note About PocketSuite:

→ PocketSuite will be discontinued THIS WEEK!
I just can’t wait until the end of May to make the switch — it’s time. During this transition, you may receive duplicate appointment reminders or notifications via text and email until things settle into MassageBook fully.

Important Update for My Amazing Clients!

I wanted to give you all a quick heads-up: I’ll be moving away from PocketSuite and will no longer be using it after May 2025. While I gave it a solid year, the app and site just aren’t aligning with the flow of my business or the level of client care I aim to provide.

Right now, I’m doing a trial run with Acuity, and my online booking is currently closed as I make this transition. I’m also working through a waiting list at the moment—thank you all so much for your patience! You may receive two text reminders for your appointment; just know that this is a transition phase and it's only temporary.

The office will be closed from May 24 to June 20. During that time, I’ll be rolling out a new booking system—fingers crossed it’ll be a much smoother and more user-friendly experience for all of us!
