🎧 Keynote Session #1
The Death of Hearing Aid Clinics
This data-driven keynote examines the growing divide within the hearing care industry as competitive pressures, consolidation, and alternative care models reshape private practice. Attendees will explore why some clinics are thriving while others struggle—based largely on the clinical and business models they choose to follow.
Using current industry data, Dr. Olson contrasts evidence-based Clinical Best Practices with minimum fitting standards, challenging participants to critically evaluate where their own practices fall—and what that means for long-term sustainability and patient outcomes.
🎧 Session #2
How to Become a Best Practice Clinic
This session shifts from diagnosis to action. Dr. Olson breaks down practical, high-impact strategies for adopting comprehensive audiologic Best Practices—without requiring a full operational overhaul.
Attendees will learn how Best Practices can be efficiently integrated across clinical care, front-desk interactions, and ethical marketing, helping clinics improve consistency, differentiate themselves, and deliver higher-value care in an increasingly competitive environment.
