David Lisko, AuD
Key Account Manager | Phonak

David Lisko, AuD, brings a rare and memorable blend of clinical expertise, industry leadership, and life experience to the MAHE stage. He earned his Doctorate in Audiology from the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium (NOAC) in Kent/Akron, Ohio, and began his career at the Cleveland Clinic, where he built a strong foundation in patient-centered care.

Since 2008, David has worked on the manufacturing side of the hearing healthcare industry and is currently a Key Account Manager with Phonak. Over the years, he has become a sought-after public speaker and sales trainer, presenting on regional, national, and international stages.

Before audiology, David lived a very different life—as a professional rock-and-roll musician, opening for legendary acts including Cheap Trick, the Ramones, and Collective Soul, and touring as a headlining artist. His deep love of music and sound ultimately led him to audiology, where his passion for helping others has only continued to grow. His band, The Infidels, has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and David is also a member of MENSA and the International Society of Philosophical Enquiry (ISPE).

Jeff Rose brings nearly 20 years of experience across healthcare engagement, patient education, SaaS, and nonprofit sectors to the MAHE stage. Brittany Larson, AuD
Field Clinical Audiologist | Natus

Brittany Larson, AuD, brings a strong foundation in clinical best practices and real-world audiology application to the MAHE stage. Since joining Natus in August 2024 as a Field Clinical Audiologist, Brittany has focused on supporting clinicians through education, best-practice implementation, and improved fitting outcomes.

Prior to her industry role, Brittany practiced in multiple private practice settings, serving primarily adult patients and veterans. Her clinical experience spans diagnostic testing, amplification, and aural rehabilitation, giving her a practical understanding of the time pressures and decision points clinicians face every day.

Brittany earned her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida, completed her clinical externship at UNC Hospitals Hearing and Voice Center, and holds undergraduate coursework in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and holds American Board of Audiology certification.

Courtney Smith brings more than 22 years of hands-on clinical experience to the MAHE stage, paired with a deep passion for clinician education and professional growth. She completed her audiology training at the University of Iowa in 2003 and has spent over two decades fitting hearing devices for a wide range of patients in both medical and private practice settings.

In 2021, Courtney transitioned into the industry, shifting her focus from direct patient care to clinical training and education, where she now supports and mentors hearing care professionals across the country. Her approach blends real-world clinical insight with evidence-based research, helping clinicians better understand patient decision-making and improve hearing aid adoption outcomes.
