Weekend recap: This is a 100 year old organization called sacral occipital research society. (AKA-bunch of nerds). This group is the foundation of SOT technique which is how Dr Evan differs from other chiropractors.
He was able to connect with Dr Marc Pick, who not only has been in clinical practice for 52 years, but who Dr Evan has been learning from in all his years of practicing, along with the amazing Dr Michael Cindrich. And then Local Legend Dr Stephen Loughlin who talked Dr Evan into going to this seminar this year.

This group of crazy people have been meeting in my backyard for several years to train in full contact armored combat. The guy in the center is a patient of the practice and was just elevated to the title of Knight in our world wide organization called the SCA (society for creative anachronisms). This weekend was a celebratory brawl.
Investing in one’s health is a constant discipline, which sometimes means taking chances :)

Weekend recap:
Jiujitsu: the art of folding clothing with the person still wearing it, also known as Aggressive Partner Yoga. My son, Alex, has been getting serious about his art, putting in lots of hours and prioritizing his health. It’s a sweet thing to see dedication pay off. 🥇
