Important Reminder: All appointments must be secured with a credit card. This policy applies to cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows. Please note that any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee.

📢 Important Update: Cancellation Policy📢

We want to remind everyone that we have always had a cancellation policy in place, but we have been quite generous in our approach. Unfortunately, just this week, we had over six same-day cancellations for appointments that were each scheduled for over an hour. We could have filled these spots if we had received notice.

I hate that I am having to do this, but while we understand that things can come up unexpectedly, we also have a business to run and families to support. To ensure that we can continue to provide quality service to all our clients, we will be enforcing our cancellation policy more strictly.
