COVID-19 UPDATE
Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients and our team members - we truly love our patients as if they are our own family members and consider our team members a part of our family. In this unprecedented time of a global pandemic, we are deeply concerned about everyone!
We have a responsibility to our patients, our team members, and the greater community to help ensure good health, decrease the spread of and potential impacts of COVID-19, and to prevent its exposure to vulnerable populations. Fortunately, we have not had a patient, family member, team member or doctor present in our office with the coronavirus. Our practice continues to perform all of OSHA's best practices for infection prevention and control and the CDC’s Guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 on a daily basis. Our dental office is probably one of the most sanitary facilities you could be in.
However, in light of the evolving situation and out of an abundance of caution by the recommendation of the American Dental Association, we have decided to only see dental emergency patients in our practice for the next three weeks as recommended. We are postponing all preventive and elective dentistry. Every day different recommendations have been given on how to best take care of our patients and team. We believe that this closure will allow us to more effectively evaluate this dynamic situation. If you had an appointment scheduled over the next three weeks, our office will be in touch to help reschedule your appointment.
Our office will be open in the event of a dental emergency. Should you require emergency dental care or have questions please call our office. You can reach us at 214-771-7500. Please follow the prompts on the answering machine to reach our emergency line.
A great deal of care, research, and planning guides our decisions.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to all of our patients. We are here for you and ready to take care of your dental emergencies and questions over the next few weeks.
Thank you to all of our patients for understanding. We will be here to support you in any way that we can during this difficult time.
Please call us with any dental emergencies that you have during this time.
