When should you book a doula for your birth?

Anytime in your pregnancy! we generally try to schedule your first appointment for after 24 weeks so we can work on some stretches and positioning, but getting your doula booked earlier ensures that they will still have availability to attend your birth!

I am currently booking for December of this year - June 2024 but spaces are limited!

This can be why sometimes labor slows or stalls with a change in environment (like arriving to the hospital) this is also referred to as the fear, tension, pain cycle!
