You may begin to see small clumps or damp spots forming. This stage reflects stress that has been quietly held starting to loosen. People often wake up more conscious of how much tension they had been carrying.

The salt may feel firmer, uneven, or altered in texture. This signals ongoing emotional clearing. Many experience a sense of internal adjustment or a gentle emotional release.
