Hey I just want to let you know that I am going to be postponing our in person weekly group until further notice.
I will still be hosting the Monthly guest speakers. This is a hard decision for me as I will be going through some medical testing within the next few months. I feel this is best as I can not commit as much time. I will keep this group open and hopefully we can share some great info through here. I will miss seeing everyone but you know where to find me so always swing in and say hello.

Next week we are honing in on parents of depression / anxiety. This is a very serious topic and as much as I like keeping the group small please reach out to anyone you know who could use this discussion. Please bring a guest along with you and be there as a support to them.
