Dear clients,

PLEASE SHOW UP for your appts!! Or atleast have the common courtesy to call and let us know you will not be making your appt time!!

We have certain time slots set aside for certain types of procedures, appts and emergencies for a reason…somethings are booked out for a couple of days to a week…when you don’t show up for scheduled appt, you are wasting my time and making the next person wait longer for their animal to be seen!

We understand that things pop up, emergencies happen or we just simply forget about an appt, but it seems to be happening more and more frequently!

I have two small children at home that I w t go be at home with, just like many of you others do!! Be nice and respectful of our time so that we can adequately see your animals in a routine manner!

‼️ PSA ‼️

As many of you know, The Animal Shack welcomed a new addition to the crew on February 3rd! Rowdy was a good boy and stayed put just where he was supposed to until his mom (Doc) finished all of her scheduled appts with her best clients!!! He has been a wonderful little bundle of joy that I’m sure many of you will come to meet and know through the clinic! His big sister loves him so much and we are all so excited to watch them grow!!

Doc started back to work last Monday with more of a “part time” schedule right now! Over the next few weeks, she will continue working a slight less packed schedule with mainly just seeing routine visits for now! Please be patient and understanding during this time as she adjusts being a mom to TWO small little ones and as she also allows her body to heal to be back to the best she can be for the future!

UPDATE- we will be opening at 8 and resume normal Friday hours until 12! If you need something, please call us!

We will post on our page for updates on our hours changing due to the possible weather. As of right now we will be open for normal business hours 7:30-12, but that may change with time!
