Breastfeeding does not have to be black and white. The lines are blurred and I am here to support you and help you with your feeding journey. I support breast-feeding as much as I support mental health. Breast-feeding is not a one size fits all and there should be no shame in the decision a parent makes in how to feed their child.

I’m here to support your goals whatever they may be, such as exclusive breast-feeding, exclusive pumping, combined pumping and breast-feeding, combined breast milk and formula feeding.

I offer in person and video consultation, as well as telephone coaching. Latch assessments must be done visually but trouble shooting can be done over the phone. I am a Certified Lactation Consultant and Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery. I work closely with local pediatricians and believe together we can accomplish your breastfeeding goals.
