We had a great day yesterday! These open minded learners discovered more connection, fluidity, calm, spaciousness, balance and flow (their words). And when met with resistance, found grace and acceptance. I'm so happy for them as they un-learn old tension patterns and uncover new possibilities. Yay team! Just completed training in VFRT (Vibrational Fascia Release Technique) with these other great students and taught by Catherine Folkers, trained by NEHC Academy. There are so many great ways to approach the physical being to promote relief and I enjoyed a new perspective using Vibrational therapy via tuning forks.

I have most recently become certified as a Biofield Tuning Practitioner, using tuning forks to help balance and restore healthy flow to the electromagnetic field around the human body.

Serving Boylston, West Boylston, Worcester and Shrewsbury and surrounding areas.
