“Bill has given so much of himself to this community,” shares Elizabeth Gertz, Executive Director. “His impact can be seen in our programs, our spaces and, most importantly, in the lives of the people he’s helped along the way.” We are excited to celebrate Bill's Volunteer of the Year award with the community. Congratulations to the Volunteer of the Year: Bill Aten
For years, Bill has been the kind of person every community hopes for — someone who simply shows up, pitches in, and makes a lasting difference.
Through his work with Challenge Mountain and beyond, Bill has served as a teacher, leader, mentor, musician, and tireless volunteer, touching countless lives along the way. One participant recently told him, “I remember you from 11 years ago.” That says it all.
Please join us March 20th to congratulate Bill Aten, our Volunteer of the Year, and thank him for the incredible impact he continues to have on our community. 💙
