Feeling weak through the quads on one side? Try releasing this ligament and see if that helps. When there is restriction at the tibionavicular ligament, it's common to experience inhibition of the quadriceps on the same side.

I was so blessed to host ladies of the Boyne City Massage and Wellness Studio last night for a 9D Breathwork session. It was incredible! The energy flowed, the emotions danced, and lives were changed. 

A huge shout out to Karen Wright and Stress reduction anytime, anywhere, by anyone for her 9dbreathwork session. We took the whole team not knowing what to expect. We were BLOWN AWAY. This class has transformative. Some of us cried, some of us broke through limiting barriers. We all felt better and lighter . We will definitely be back. Everyone needs this, so just do it !
