Did you know your body can feel a weather system before your weather app does?
When barometric pressure drops or swings fast (hello, storms + cold fronts), some people’s bodies react like: “We’re under attack.”
That pressure shift can mess with sinus/ear pressure, trigger headaches/migraines, and even flare joint pain for some folks.
If you’ve been feeling “off” lately, look for:
• Head pressure / migraine-y vibes
• Achy joints or stiffness
• Fatigue, brain fog, irritability
What to do (simple + effective):
Pause. Breathe. Proceed.
Add water, a little movement, and extra sleep grace. (Your nervous system is basically begging for a softer landing.)
If symptoms are intense, new, or scary, get checked out. Your body deserves real answers, not “just the weather.”
Sunday into Monday features a very strong low pressure system that will move directly over the state. Here's a friendly reminder that we as humans can and do feel effects of weather systems, mainly pressure changes. Achy joints, headaches, and fatigue are main complaints of "human barometers"
Just wanted to give ya a heads up :)
