🎉Congratulations Limage on your I-SHINE Nomination!🎉

After completing a full shift, Limage stayed up all night to prepare a homemade Haitian luncheon for over 45 fellow CNAs, an amazing labor of love. She served an unforgettable spread: three kinds of rice (including shrimp fried rice and djon djon), pikliz, fried pork and turkey, plantains, beet salad, a ramen dish, and more.

Limage didn’t do this for praise, she did it because she cares. She saw a moment to uplift others and took it with humility, warmth, and an open heart. Her selflessness, cultural pride, and compassion brought smiles, connection, and unity to everyone in the room.

🌡️ Extreme Heat Alert 🌡️

Due to dangerously high temperatures in our region, we are taking proactive steps to ensure the health and safety of our residents, staff, and visitors.

All outdoor areas at our centers will remain temporarily closed until weather conditions improve and it is safe to return outside. In the meantime, we have implemented several precautions:

- Clearly marked signs at all outdoor access points
- Alternative indoor activities for residents to enjoy
- Hydration stations throughout our centers
- Close monitoring for signs of heat-related illness
- Supervised and limited outdoor smoking breaks with hydration encouraged
- Staff are encouraged to take regular hydration breaks as well

The safety and well-being of those in our care is always our top priority. We appreciate the support of our families, teams, and communities as we work through this extreme heat together.

Happy Family Friday!

Happy Fourth of July! We had an awesome weekend celebrating America's birthday. We spent Independence Day watching the parade on livestream, and after lunch we enjoyed a party with some special treats, patriotic music and games. Continuing the fun, our friends from Fellowship came by to visit! Everyone had a great time creating art, listening to their wonderful musicians and just spending time with friends.
