Sophia came to Balance Light & Wellness with an inflamed, swollen knee 8 months after having knee replacement surgery. ⁣

Sophia’s Physical Therapist suggested she come see me for Red Light/Near Infrared Therapy to get relief and natural healing. The results after three sessions are evident. ⁣

This visual captures a very special day with my young adult children. But we all have days that aren’t picture perfect.⁣

Look who is getting lit up!! Our new friend Berton, owner of OsteoStrong Boca Raton and OsteoStrong Juno Beach.
