🍁 Golden Healing Soup
A cozy, easy-to-digest soup to bring warmth, comfort, and calm.
🌿 Why it helps
Turmeric & ginger help reduce inflammation and ease nausea.
Bone broth or vegetable broth replenishes electrolytes and supports hydration.
Sweet potatoes & carrots are rich in beta-carotene to support skin recovery.
Coconut milk adds healthy fats that help with nutrient absorption and creamy comfort.
Mild seasoning is gentle for sensitive taste and digestion.
🥣 Ingredients (2–3 servings)
1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
1 cup diced sweet potato
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup cauliflower florets (optional)
2 cups low-sodium vegetable or bone broth
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or a pinch of ground)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Sea salt to taste (or omit if taste is sensitive)
Optional: drizzle of honey or a splash of lemon juice for brightness
👩🍳 Directions
In a medium pot, warm the oil over low heat. Add carrots, sweet potatoes, and cauliflower. Stir gently for 3–5 minutes.
Add turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon. Stir until fragrant.
Pour in broth and simmer for about 20 minutes, until vegetables are soft.
Stir in coconut milk. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth (or carefully transfer to a blender).
Taste and adjust with a touch of honey or lemon if desired.

Serve warm in a comforting mug or bowl. Pair with chamomile or ginger tea for added calm.
