The house has hurricane shutters and a fenced back yard with a patio for privacy. We have some reading books, card games and a few decks of cards, bicycles, scooters and alarm clocks in two of the bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a queen/double size bed, a dresser, desk and chair, alarm clock, lamps and television with cable. This bedroom has a standard two door closet. This bedroom has an attached bathroom #1 with shower.
Bedroom 2 has a king bed with two night stands, lamps and alarm clock. This bedroom has a standard two door closet. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed. The bottom bed is a double. The top bed is a single. It has a sitting chair and television with cable.
Bathroom 2 has a bath tub that can be used for showering or bath time and is located in the hallway.
Bedroom 4 has a private entrance on the outside of the house next to the garage. The bedroom has a queen/double bed, one nightstand, ottoman, 14,000 BTU air conditioned floor unit and television with cable. The key to the front door also opens this room.
Back patio has a large table with an umbrella that fits 6 people as well as a propane grill and propane tank to use at your leisure.

As the situation continues to evolve, we’re closely following the most up-to-date guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We are implementing their recommendations throughout this process to ensure our guests that visit our home during this time will be safe and to minimizing the spread of germs which is one of the most important preventative measures we can take. So, we have implemented additional cleaning procedures and are actively educating our cleaning employees and guests staying on the premises on the preventative measures provided by the CDC. We are encouraging our employees to stay home when sick to help contain the spread of COVID-19. Please know that we will continue to monitor the situation on a global basis and use our best efforts to minimize risk to our staying guests. We will keep you informed with updates as soon as they’re available. Our home is made for you to feel the most comfortable at home during your trip. You will have access to the entire home. The kitchen is fully loaded with dishes, plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cookie trays, strainer, wine opener, coffee machine with complimentary coffee, toaster oven, and hand held mixer. Everything you need at your fingertips. You can grill on the back patio if you don't feel like being stuck in the kitchen. The drive way is yours for parking. If you need to park a trailer or RV just let us know for prior approval.
Our main rule is to relax and enjoy our little piece of paradise. Of course, we hope that you will treat our home with respect love and care.
Additional Fees: There is a $300.00 cleaning fee There is a $1,000.00 refundable security deposit. If no damages/loss of property are found, the deposit will be reimbursed 10 days after checkout. You will be responsible for a 6% Tourism tax and 8% Occupance tax that is due in cash upon arrival of total gross amount of booking price. This is required and paid to Palm Beach County. There will be a $50.00 additional fee charge to check-in prior to 3:00 PM and checkout after 11:00 AM with at lease 24 hours approved notice if available upon request for time to clean and restock the house. There is a $35.00 charge per person per night for any extra guests over 8 guests or over amount of guest registered to stay at time of booking under 8. If you arrive early (prior to 11AM) you can drop off your luggage with prior approval. Ensure to clean the grill after use and ensure that the propane is turned off, uncleaned grills will result in a $50 charge to your security deposit. Please remove all food and wipe refrigerator clean, uncleaned refrigerator will result in a $50 charge to your security deposit. The trash is to be taken out after 6 PM on Monday and Thursday nights. Pick-up is Tuesdays and Fridays. The city will charge a fee if taken out early. No smoking inside the home, but you can smoke outside using available ash trays. Please pick up after yourself. no not leave trash or cigarette buds in the yard. No illegal drugs of any kind are permitted on the property. If you are caught on the property with any illegal substance you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund of any kind. No loud music after 11 PM. Other neighbors live nearby. Please be respectful. Visitor Policy: Only person registered to be at the property at time of booking. Your host will not be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay.
