Come rejoice in the abundance that is LIFE in our Abundant Blood Moon Flow. We will move through a cool slow flow specifically designed for a “moonday” - linking breath with movement and mind with body - igniting the spirit within. We will unite as one under the energy of this new Moon, collectively bringing in the abundant blessings and opportunities to come. Setting our intentions together we will find a deeper stronger force to manifest from a collective space. And with a heart of gratitude we will give thanks to welcome in these gifts that we are ready to receive whole heartedly, as we clear the slate and set a new tone. Ending of course with a beautiful extended hands on shavasana with powerful reiki touch. Join us. Namaste.

One of our own Y&WC teachers will be leading a workshop on HANDSTANDS (headstands included) this Sept. 21st at 3:30
1 Hour!!

In the workshop we will be focusing on facing that initial fear we all go through of being upside down & how to move safely in the practice. We will customize your own daily practice together which is a recommendation suggested for each individuals needs. Advanced practitioners are welcome.
*We will do a short warm up at the beginning of the workshop before moving into the inversions.
