I'm a Brainspotting/Trauma Expert, Certified in Brainspotting and EMDR Therapy. I assist individuals to process disturbing memories, change maladaptive thoughts and neuro-pathways, reduce effects of trauma, develop emotional regulation skills linking to positive adaptive neural network systems forming insight and new information in the brain for homeostasis. As a Brainspotting/Trauma Expert, I charge $200 per 50 minute session. Sessions are only Virtual on Zoom.
