💚THANK YOU💚 for 5 amazing years of bootcamp!!!

I am so grateful to be able to provide a space where people feel comfortable and welcome to move their bodies in a fun and challenging way!

For anyone who has come to one class or 20+ classes, THANK YOU! 🫶🏻 You are the reason I have continued to show up all this time. Without you, my little dream would have never come to fruition.

As I reflect on the past 5 years, I am honestly just so proud of myself for not giving up and for how much I’ve grown. If you told me (who was terrified of public speaking) 10 years ago I’d be teaching group fitness classes - and would LOVE it- I would have laughed. But since starting these bootcamps, I’ve gained confidence not only as a coach, but as a woman in my everyday life.

Coaching bootcamps is literally my favorite thing I get to do and I am beyond grateful for everyone who has supported me and continues to. Trust me when I say it does not go unnoticed. 🤍

If you have a dream, follow it! I thought about giving up many times but I am SO glad I didn’t — because look what happened. ✨🥹
