The focus of my practice is on integrating the body, mind, emotions and soul to improve my clients quality of life by addressing their daily struggles. I assist clients in becoming free from the things in their lives that burden their physical bodies (traumatic injuries, physical abuse, chronic/acute pains or illness), quiet the mental chatter in their minds, balance their emotional well being (se

xual or emotional abuses, stressful life conditions or other traumatic events: PTSD), and reconnect to their souls, finding increased peace and tranquility by the end of the session. I address every client as an individual and tailor the experience to their goals.

This is an hour and half (90 minutes) live call in which you have the opportunity to share your current life experiences, conflicts, blocks and questions and receive feedback, guidance and support.

Each session may also include Oracle/Tarot messages, energy healing, clearings, activations and meditation, as guided by Spirit.
