If you’re doing Reiki, energy hygiene matters. It’s how you stay grounded, protected, and clean—so you don’t absorb what isn’t yours, and you don’t take your client’s stuff home with you. It’s important that you clear your field, protect your channel, and seal your sessions so your work stays clean and your body stays regulated. In this training, I’ll show you easy ways to open and close a session, clear your energy, and keep your channel clean. If you want to practice with confidence, this is one of the most important skills you’ll learn.

Did you know that Usui Reiki has its roots in Ta***ic Buddhism? The practice came to Japan in the early Ninth century through the Japanese monk Kukai (Kobo Daishi) and Saicho (Denton Daishi). Kukai was a student of Huikuo, who was a student of the Indian monk Amoghavajra, who was a student of Vajrabodhi!

Ta**ra is about connecting with what is in the unseen Word and re-weaving energy, light, thoughts, or patterns in a new way. Everything that is seen or experienced in the physical World has its roots in the unseen, or extraordinary reality, before it is seen.

After a 21-day fast on Mount Kurama, Dr. Usui was activated and imbued with the symbols and practice of Reiki.

Does your best mean earning big money? 🥂💰 Does it mean happiness? 🤔
It’s inspiration. Being inspired is what it means to be our best. When we are inspired, all aspects of our lives light up.
I learned something new today. That my inspiration is not a default for someone else’s inspiration. Inspiration comes from within. It is a mindset. It is a behavior. Inspiration happens when we feel worthy and show up in the World for ourselves. It means actions aligned with a higher purpose. When we achieve our goals, it brings us happiness. Then we infect others with that vibe. ⚡️💓
