Take a pause this fall to slow down and realign. Join us for a special evening combining movement, stillness, and acupuncture, led by Abby!

Bring your yoga mat, a bolster or pillow, water bottle, and a journal. Wear comfortable yoga clothes.

We’ll begin with a gentle slow flow to warm up and open the body, creating space and ease in movement before settling into yin. Yin is a deeply nourishing, passive style of yoga that targets the connective tissues—joints, ligaments, and fascia. Postures are held for several minutes to gently open these tissues and activate the meridian channels, the pathways of energy in the body. Class will be followed by acupuncture allowing you to rebalance your body, mind, and spirit on an even deeper level. ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Erika, a Holistic Nurse Practitioner, to the SHÉN family! 💫

“I’m originally from California but have moved around my whole life (a true gypsy at heart). Now, I’m so grateful to call Bozeman home with my amazing husband and our two beautiful children.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors—skiing, hunting, fishing, or exploring every local coffee shop I can find.

I’ve been passionate about health and wellness for as long as I can remember, and it’s truly my mission to help people feel their best—inside and out.

Huge welcome to our newest acupuncturist, Abby! 💛 Her books are open starting this Thursday!

Abby is a Bozeman native and just moved back to the area from Colorado with her fiance and
dog, Tuna! Her curiosity around Chinese medicine came from her mother and step father who
are both acupuncturists and herbalists. She has been receiving acupuncture since she was ten
years old.

Acupuncture became a big catalyst of healing from years of chronic digestive issues and she
became inspired by the balance it brought into her life, physically and emotionally. She felt
passionate about being able to do the same for others and moved to Colorado to start her
journey as an Acupuncturist.
Abby is also a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and has been teaching for 9 years. She loves
integrating meditation, breathwork and somatic based teachings into her classes. She will be
offering classes in town soon!
Outside of work you can find Abby playing in the mountains. She loves to hike, ski, climb and
explore new places with her partner, pup and friends. She also enjoys listening to podcasts,
geeking out over all the things health and wellness, practicing yoga, dancing to good music,
farmers markets and cooking nourishing meals.
Abby specializes in digestive disorders, women’s health, psycho-emotional disorders, treating
pain and also offers microneedling and facial acupuncture.
