Heather Rauser is a very active person. She was having a wonderful day on the Madison River with her husband, and two 120lb dogs, she tried to exit the raft and tore all 3 of her hamstring tendons off her pelvis. She saw Dr. Brandon Beamer to repair her injury, who got her in for surgery within the week. She has no residual issues from the surgery or the injury, and has returned to enjoying all of the activities she loves, totally pain free. Heather says, "I had such a great experience with Dr. Beamer and his team, and I would definitely recommend Bridger Orthopedic to anyone in the valley."

Pack the Place in Pink for Bobcat Home Game #2. Dr. Legrand on the sidelines caring for the Bobcats, and loads of Bridger Orthopedic patients joined in to promote Breast Cancer Awareness and support the non-profit charity that has distributed over $1.1 million to nearly 1,100 breast cancer patients. MSU wins 41-7 against San Diego. GO CATS!!

Bruce Foreman, a technical professional, was working at his computer when suddenly his thumb curled up and he couldn't move it any longer. He couldn't do simple tasks, like opening a ziploc bag without the use of his thumb. He visited Bridger Orthopedic Urgent Care to see an orthopedic specialist and discovered that he had ruptured his tendon. Reconstruction was not an option, because the tendon was so damaged from a previous injury and years of wear and tear. Dr. Emily Compton was able to take an extra tendon from his pointer finger to repair his injury. Bruce says, "I highly recommend Dr. Compton. She was amazing."

Early onset arthritis in his left big toe was making it impossible for Jason Smith, a Bridger Orthopedic patient, to do the things he loved. The pain he was feeling was unbearable, and he could no longer enjoy wade fishing, hiking with his family, or trail running. He made the decision to work with Dr. Jon Robinson with Bridger Orthopedic and have his toe joint fused. Now he is back to full activity, including competing in triathlon and loving every minute of it. He says, "I would, without hesitation, recommend Dr. Jon Robinson and the team at Bridger Orthopedic."

Kameron Conklin started competing in snowboarding when he was about 12 years old. He was having a normal day on the mountain, and suddenly he got tangled up in the trees. He couldn't bend his knee and learned that he had torn his ACL. As a competitive athlete he did a lot of research and met with several doctors, and after meeting with Dr. Beamer, a sports medicine specialist with Bridger Orthopedic, he decided to work with him to have his ACL repaired with the BEAR (Bridge-enhanced ACL Repair) procedure. He was back on the mountain snowboarding 6-months after his surgery, and back to competing in 8 months. Kameron recommends Dr. Brandon Beamer because, "he will get you back to what you love as quickly as possible."

During this history making season for Montana State Football, we have been honored to be on the sidelines offering orthopedic care with our partners Bozeman Health. We're sharing some snapshots of this year!
Drs. Alex Legrand and Brandon Beamer with Bridger Orthopedic & Sports Medicine will be on the sidelines caring for our Bobcats as they take on NDSU competing for the title of FCS National Champions in Frisco, TX. The game will be available to watch on ESPN/ESPN+, Monday, January 6th at 5:00pm, Mountain Time.
