CSCMT’s 4th Annual Food Truck Festival is coming up, and we’re thrilled to announce some of the incredible food vendors that will be joining us!

Join us for a second session on pelvic floor health led by Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Lise Spencer on April 16th! This session will be available virtually or in person in Bozeman. 🙌

This educational session will focus on understanding and supporting your pelvic floor through information and discussion. Topics will include pain management, bowel and bladder dysfunction, in*******se, and returning to exercise.

Please note: this session is strictly educational and will not include yoga or guided exercise like the previous session. Attendance of the previous session was not required to attend this session!

The Gallatin County Community Mental Health Forum is a free quarterly event that brings together mental health professionals and the broader community. This initiative is focused on raising awareness, reducing stigma, and providing evidence-based tools to support mental health in our community.
