Wet socks on the trail? Don’t let that turn into blisters or a heat rash! 🧦⛰️
If your socks get soaked while hiking, swap them out ASAP for a dry pair, air out your feet, and sprinkle on some foot powder.
Bonus tip: pack moisture-wicking socks (no cotton!) and treat any hot spots before they become a problem.
Your feet will thank you later! 👣
